• Not valid on return shipments, special orders, or prior purchases.
• Limited to standard shipping to U.S. domestic addresses.
• Cannot ship to PO boxes.
• Limited to stock on hand.

Carriers: Our orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx ground delivery, or FedEx express.

Shipping time: Orders are shipped from Montana, USA, and usually ship within 1- 2 business days. Shipping speed varies according to the shipping method selected at checkout, the item’s availability, the shipping address, weather, and unexpected carrier delays. You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package (check your ‘spam’ folder). 

What if my order never arrives or arrives damaged?

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused, undamaged item(s) within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund. Please email info@lifedecks.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our customer service team will contact you with information on how to complete the return. After we receive the unused returned item(s), the refund amount, minus any original shipping costs, will be credited back to your original form of payment. Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and must use a tracked method for return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded in the event of a product return.
